Geo Lock

Description

Geo Lock service allows you to limit the watch of your TV channel and videos by countries.
Please note that when you buy this service, initially a list of countries, which are allowed to watch, is empty, so the broadcast is prohibited everywhere.

Customization

To customize the service, you need:

1. To go to User Panel

For this purpose, at the top of the screen, click on the "User Panel" nearby your user pic.

You get to User Panel.

2. To get to the page of channel editing, "Extended services" tab

1. Select "Channels" in the menu.
2. Click on "Edit" for the required channel.
3. You get to the page of your channel editing.
4. Select "Extended services" tab.

3. To customize the service

In "Extended services" tab there is "Limitation by regions" section.

Here, you are able: 

1. To edit the list of countries, which are allowed to view
2. To add a country, one needs to select it in the list of countries.
3. Click on "Save".
4. To add all countries at once, one needs to click on "Add all countries". 

If you need to remove all the countries, click on "Remove all of the countries".

Displaying in user

When the user from the country, for which watching is not available, gets on your channel, he/she sees message "This channel is not available in your country" in the player.

Payment

At the initial order of the service you will be charged at the rate of days remaining till the end of the month.
Charges are written off once a month, the first day of each month.

Responding to the lack of funds for the service extension

If the user does not have enough funds for the extension of the service, so we disable "Geo lock" service.

Pass Lock

Description

Service "Pass Lock" will allow you to set a password for your channel and your videos.

Customization

To customize the service, you need:

1. To go to User Panel

For this purpose, at the top of the screen, click on the "User Panel" nearby your user pic.

You get to User Panel.

2. To get to the page of channel editing, "Extended services" tab

Select "Channels" in the menu.

Click on "Edit" for the required channel.

You get to the page of your channel editing. Select "Extended services" tab.

3. To customize the service

In "Extended services" tab there is "PassLock" section

Here, you are able:

To set a new password

Click on "Set a Password".

Type your password in fields "Password" and "Type password again" and click on "Save".

 Your password has been set.

Edit password

If you already have set a password, you can edit it.
New button "Edit password" will appeared in "PassLock" section.

Having clicked on the button, the form of password edit, which is identical to the form of new password setting, appears.

Unset password

If you already have set a password, you can unset it.
New "Unset password" button will appear in "PassLock" section.

Having clicked on the button, a form for confirming password unset will appear.

Click on "Delete".
The password is deleted.

Displaying in user

When a user gets on your channel, in the player he/she sees the following message.

 The user needs to enter the password to watch your channel.

Payment

At the initial order of the service you will be charged at the rate of days remaining till the end of the month.
Charges are written off once a month, the first day of each month.

Responding to the lack of funds for the service extension

If the user does not have enough funds for the extension of the service, the channel ceases to be protected by a password.

Logo in the player

Description

"Your logo in the player" Add-On allows you to install your logo into player TVEVT. In all the channels logo TVEVT is set in the player by default.

Having purchased this addition, you will be able to install any logo for your channel in the player, and to specify in which part of the screen to place it.

Customization

For customization of this service you need:

1. To get to User Panel

For this purpose, at the top of the screen, click on the "User Panel" nearby your user pic.

You get to User Panel. 

2. To get to the page Channel Edit

Click Design tab.

Select Channels in the menu. 

Click on "Edit" facing the required channel.

You get to the page of editing your channel.

Select "Design" tab.

3. To customize the service

In "Design" tab there is section "Player logo and its position".

Here you are able: to download a new logo.

Click on TVEVT logo, or on your logo downloaded before and select a new one.

Logo dimensions are 100 × 100.

To specify the position of your logo in the player. Select one of the available options.

Payment

At the initial order of the service you will be charged at the rate of days remaining till the end of the month.

Charges are written off once a month, the first day of each month.

Responding to the lack of funds for the service extension

If the user does not have enough funds for the extension of service, we change the logo in the player to the default logo.

Extra space

Description

Service "Extra Space" adds extra space in your file storage.

Customization

No customized settings are required.

Payment

At the initial order of the service, the charge at the rate of days remaining till the end of the month will be written off. Writing off charges occurs once a month, the first day of each month.

Responding to the lack of funds for the service extension

At the lack of funds for the extension of services the following system is running:

If your data employ more space than allowed by the basic pricing plan (12 Gb), all your videos are removed.
If your data employ less space than allowed by the basic pricing plan (12 Gb), all your videos remain unaffected.

Resuming the unsubscribed addon

 If in the current month you unsubscribed any additions and want to re-subscribe to them, you need:

1. To go to User Panel

1. At the top of the screen, click on the "User Panel" nearby your user pic.
2. You get to User Panel.

2. To get to the Add-Ons management page

1. Choose Additions in the menu.
2. Choose required channel from the list.
3. You get to the Add-Ons management page.

3. Resuming an Add-Ons

1. You need to select the addition you unsubscribed, but you want to renew your subscription and click "Resume".
2. You will see a confirmation window in which you need to click "Resume".
3. For the resumption of an addition, payment will not be charged till the end of the current month.

 

Addons refuse

 To stop using a purchased addition, one should:

1. To get to User Panel

1. At the top of the screen, click on the "User Panel" nearby your user pic.
2. You get to User Panel.

2. To get to the Add-Ons Management Page

1. Choose "Add-Ons" in the menu.
2. Choose required channel from the list.
3. You get to the Add-Ons Management Page.

3. Add-Ons Refuse

1. Choose Add-Ons, from which you want to opt-out, and click on "Unsubscribe".
2. Confirmation window will be reflected in which you need to click "Unsubscribe".
3. When unsubscribing Add-Ons, charge per month will not be returned, the Add-Ons continues to operate until the end of month, the next month amounts will not be written off.

Order for a new addon

 To purchase a new add-on (addition), one should

1. Go to User Panel

At the top of the screen, click on the "User Panel" nearby your user pic.

You get to User Panel.

2. To get to the Add-On Management Page

Choose Add-ons (Additions) in the menu.Choose required channel from the list.

Your get to the Add-On Management Page.

3. To order the Add-On

Choose the add-on you are interested in and click on "Order".

Then, one can see a confirmation box and click "Buy."

If lacking money to buy an addition, the system will notify you.

Possibilities of air manager

Air Manager is a tool that allows the user of TVEVT platform to create his/her own TV channel and to manage it.

The rules of writing off charge for the pricing plan

General rules

Charges for the pricing plan are written off once a month, the first day of each month

Rules of writing off charge when moving to another pricing plan

If you move from a less expensive pricing plan to a more expensive one, then:

Initially, money for unused days till the end of the month of your current pricing plan are returned to you.
Next, charge at the rate of days remaining till the end of the month of a new pricing plan will be written off of your account.
Transfer is free of charge, if you move from a more expensive pricing plan to a less expensive one.

Responding to the lack of funds for the service

If at the beginning of the month you do not have enough money for the extension of the pricing plan, then:

Your pricing plan is reset to the default one.
If you occupied more space than allowed by the basic pricing plan (12 Gb), all your videos are removed.

Transition between pricing plans

 To move to another pricing plan, you need to do the following:

2. To get to the page of channel editing, "Extended services" tab

Select "Channels" in the menu.

Click on "Edit" for the required channel.

You get to the page of your channel editing.
Select "Extended services" tab.

3. To move to another pricing plan

In "Extended services" tab there is "Selected rate" section.

You need to click on button "Change".
you get to the page of changing pricing plan.

Then, you need to click on button "Select" nearby your favoured pricing plan.
You will see a dialog box with the confirmation of your move to another pricing plan.

Click on "Move".
Congratulations, you have moved to another pricing plan!

Rules of writing off charge when moving to another pricing plan

If you move from a less expensive pricing plan to a more expensive one, then:

- Initially, money for unused days till the end of the month of your current pricing plan are returned to you.
- Next, charge at the rate of days remaining till the end of the month of a new pricing plan will be written off of your account.
- Transfer is free of charge, if you move from a more expensive pricing plan to a less expensive one.

 

 

What is tariff plan?

What is it?

Tariff plan is a certain set of services with a monthly subscription fee.

Why?

The tariff plan includes unique parameters.
Add-Ons within the tariff plan are cheaper.

Tariff plan parameters

Each tariff plan has the following parameters:

• Bitrate is the maximum possible bit rate for video download.
• Storage capacity is the basic capacity of your file storage; this capacity may be increased through buying Add-ons.
• The presence on TV advertising is the presence or absence of advertising on your channel.
• The maximum number of simultaneous viewers on the channel is the maximum number of simultaneous viewers watching your TV channel.
• Possibility to change the logo of the player is an opportunity to change the standard logo on your player. For details, please see here
• Password protection of the channel is the ability to set a password on your TV channel. For details, please see here
• Limitation to watch support by the countries is the ability to set a password on your TV channel. For details, please see here

Channel logo and cover

 By default, each channel has its cover and logo.If you want to change them, you need:

1. To go to User Panel

For this purpose, at the top of the screen, click on the "Profile" nearby your user pic.You get to your own page (User’s Page).You need to move to "My channels" tab and select a channel, on which you want to change channel logo or cover.

2. To change channel logo or cover

Channel cover

When hovering on the camera icon, you will get the edit menu.Here, you are able:

To download a new photo for your channel cover
To push previously downloaded photo
To remove channel cover, in doing so it will be the channel cover by default

Channel logo

When hovering on channel logo, you will see:Here, you are able:

To download a new photo for your channel logo.
To remove channel logo having clicked on criss-cross in the right upper corner.

Customization of channel preview

Channel preview is used on various web site pages, for instance, on the home page.
By default, all channels have standard previews.

If you want to change it, you need:

1. To go to User Panel

For this purpose, at the top of the screen, click on "User Panel" nearby your user pic.

You get to User Panel.

2. To get to the page of channel editing, "Design" tab

Select "Channels" in the menu

.Click on "Edit" for the required channel.

You get to the page of your channel editing.
Select "Design" tab

3. To select a new preview

In "Design" tab there is "TV channel preview" section.

To change preview, click on the pic and select a new one.

How to create your own channel?

 To create your own TV channel, you need:

1. To go to User Panel

For this purpose, at the top of the screen, click on the "User Panel" nearby your user pic.

You get to User Panel.

2. To get to the page of channel creating

Select "Channels" in the menu

You will see form "Create your own channel".

Click on "Create channel".
Also, you can click on "Create TV channel" at the top of the screen.

You get to the page of channel creating.

3. Creating your own channel

It is necessary to select a pricing plan from the proposed ones:

and click on "Select".

You will get to the page of creating a new channel.

Opposite each field there is a prompt, to display it, it is necessary to hover on a blue circle with the character "i".
You need to fill in all the fields and click on "Create TV channel".

Congratulations, you have created your own TV channel!
